Various Makefile improvements:
* Use sha256 rather than md5.
* Update .h dependencies for some objects.
* Provide `www' target to build everything needed for the web site.
* Move .SUFFIXES and .PHONY technicalities to the bottom.
* State Copyright and license, just for clarity.
