Flip on printing `?' at Unicode codepoints in -Tascii, -Tpdf, and -Tps.
The reasoning behind printing SOMETHING at a Unicode codepoint is
because the input is not "wrong" (we suppress printing of "wrong"
things). It's just that ASCII can't handle it.
