Subject: Make it more explicit that the statement "-O tag does not work with
 less(1)" only applies to -T html output mode, and why.  Of course, -O tag
 works just fine with less(1) in the -T ascii and -T utf8 output modes.
 Potential for confusion pointed out by Ian Ropers.
