  46 prints a large, high quality banner on the standard output.
  47 If the message is omitted, it prompts for and
  48 reads one line of its standard input.  If

  50 is given, the output is scrunched down from a width of 132 to

  52 suitable for a narrow terminal.  If

  54 is omitted, it defaults to 80.

  56 The output should be printed on a hard-copy device, up to 132 columns wide,
  57 with no breaks between the pages. The volume is great enough that you
  58 may want
  59 a printer or a fast hardcopy terminal, but if you are patient, a
  60 decwriter or other 300 baud terminal will do.

  62 Several ASCII characters are not defined, notably <, >, [, ], \\,
  63 ^, _, {, }, |, and ~.  Also, the characters ", ', and & are funny
  64 looking (but in a useful way.)

  68 option is implemented by skipping some rows and columns.
  69 The smaller it gets, the grainier the output.
